1. Definitions

3. Account Security

4.2 Withdrawal Process

6.2 Game Results

All games provided by pga88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the outcome is determined. In the event of a technical malfunction, the affected game round is void and all bets are refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, and dispute resolution. Key points include:

• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies.
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While pga88 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance or software updates
• Technical failures, server outages, or network issues
• Third-party service provider failures (payment processors, game providers)
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control

8.2 Financial Losses

pga88 is not responsible for any losses resulting from:

• Your own gaming decisions, betting strategies, or risk management failures
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Errors in bet placement or game selection made by you
• Internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions on your end

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pga88's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, transactions, or gaming experience, you must first contact our customer support team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

9.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written complaint detailing the issue and your desired resolution. Management will review escalated complaints and provide a final decision within 14 business days.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations. Any disputes not resolved through internal processes shall be subject to binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with outstanding bonuses or wagering requirements will forfeit those bonuses upon voluntary closure.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

pga88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Your account poses a security risk or is involved in fraudulent activity
• Your jurisdiction has made online gaming illegal
• You have been abusive toward staff or other players

In cases of involuntary closure due to terms violations, pga88 may forfeit remaining account funds.

11. Changes to Terms

pga88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. We will notify players of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of pga88 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
